Commonwealth Voluntary Benefit Services provides a free Employee Navigator benefits portal that allows companies to incorporate all their benefits on a platform for their employees, their broker, and their HR department.
We provide enrollment services during open enrollment and for new hires throughout the year. A CVBS representative will meet one-on-one with your employees to explain your core benefits if you choose. They will also help identify the voluntary programs that are appropriate for their needs. In some cases, products can be offered with limited underwriting, allowing your employees to purchase products where they might run the risk of being declined because of pre-existing health conditions. There are virtual, telephonic, and one on one in-person options available.
